Dasht-e-Karbal Mein Khara Soch Raha Tha Islam

Faida Kiya Huwa Kafir Ko Musalman Kr Kay

(Allama M. Iqbal)

In these verses Iqbal has squeezed a brief history right from the era of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W). On the event of Fatah-e-Makah, Abu Sufian embraced Islam, before this he was considered as a head of opposition for Islam and its preaching. Lot of our people admit that he embraced the Islam whole heartily but as the time passed results came in front of the audience, Basically he accepted the Islam but hypocrisy against the Islam did not came to an end.

By covering the skin of Islam he and his descendants tried to harm the identity of Islam, and when the age Caliphate rose head Moviya, son of Abu Sufian stood against Hazrat Ali a.s and after him he still stood against Hazrat Imam Hassan a.s which were the real successor (Janasheen) of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W). Abu Sufian and his descendants launched too many conspiracies (sazish) and tortured the successor of Prophet (S.A.W.W) as much as they can. So the question raises, Is that the Islam and Prophet taught?? Islam taught the lesson of brotherhood instead of harassment. This all was performed for governing the stage as emperor of Islam. The question raised that, How a person can become the emperor of Islam who has passed more then half of his life in circumstances to damage the fundamentals of Islam.

Same germs transferred in there offspring and in 61 Hijri, Yazeed (Grandson Abu Sufian and Son of Moviya) stood in front of Imam of that time, and he asked Imam to put his hand in his hand for pledge. But Imam Hussain a.s told him that he will prefer death instead of pledging in the hands of such a worthless person. Because he (Yazeed) and his forefathers all the time worked against the Islam.

So Iqbal defined this history in these words that what was the benefit of converting the man (Abu-Sufiyan) as a Muslim that his descendants are now fighting against the Fact (Imam Hussain a.s, his companions and his family). He fought against the pearls of destiny and wisdom. Poet is describing that the place of KARBLA is morning (afsoos) for conversion of such type of man. Although there are people who were non-Muslims in that period but they were not disturbing Prophet and his Ahle-bait, but that was the Muslim who brought his sword against the successor of Prophet (S.W.W.W)

Ki Muhammad Se Wafa Tu Ne To Hum Tere Hain

Yeh Jahan Cheez Hay Kya, Loh-O-Qalam Tere Hain

(Allama M. Iqbal)

Poet has summed up a reward for the Lover of Prophet (S.A.W.W). Muhammad (S.A.W.W) is the reason for the creation of this universe, then we can assume that what value He has in the Sight of Creator (ALLAH ALMIGHTY).

Iqbal says that if a person loves the Muhammad (S.A.W.W) then the creator of this world is Please with him. In description we can say that for getting the values in front of God we have to follow the teachings given by his Prophet. By obeying his orders we'll not get benefit in this world but also on the day of judgement his Intercession will be our destiny.

By following his guidelines we'll not only able to rule only in this world but also we'll be writer of our fate. But this requires a great hard work. Attaining the will of Almighty is not as much easy we have to follow the proper guidelines and paths told by the Prophet (S.A.W.W).

Tere Darya Mai'n Tofa'n Ku Nhi Hy

Khudi Teri Musalama'n Ku Nhi Hy

(Allama M. Iqbal)

Definition of a Muslim in these verses. He wanted to realize that what is the requirement of a true Muslim. And if someone is true Muslim then what the limitations he can cross and what his destination is.

If You are true Muslim then why there is no passion and emotions. A true Muslim has a great hope which resides in his self because he is always dependent on only one God. But we are admitting Allah Almighty only by tongue or whenever we require any help we refer prayers to get temporary benefit in this world, but not really from the heart as the actual procedure is.

If we believe in Allah, surely he'll help us in every matter of this life as well as in the next lives. But as we bow in front of other people to help them this things harms the individualism of a person, of a team and of a nation. This is a disgracing point for a person, so called Muslim.

Simply if we believe in Allah and we refer him for every issue then surely He'll help us and there will be no difficulty. This believe will generate an enthusiasm,  passion, self confidence and motivation which are basic requirements of a real Muslim.

        For more broader meanings of the above verses, introducing two more lines which are pointing the same concept to get lesson;

Pani Pani Kar Gai Mujh Ko Qalandar Ki Yeh Baat
Tu Jhuka Ghair Kay Aage, Nah Mann Tera Nah Tann
(Allama M. Iqbal)

Nikal Kar Khanqaho'n Se Adda Kar Rasm-e-Shabberi

K Faqar-e-Khanqahi Hay Faqat Andoha-e-Dilgeri.

An outstanding message by Allama Iqbal to all the Muslim Um ma to adopt the procedure just like Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s (who Immolated his life and sacrificed all their beloved ones just to attain the willingness of Almighty Allah.)

However Iqbal compares two ways to attain the WILL of Allah. One way is just like Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s that after sacrificing each and everything He was still bowing in front of Allah and saying "SUBHAN-A-RABBIYAL-ALLA". Which needs an unlimited amount of patience as well as deep reliability in Allah.

And the other way of getting RAZA of Almighty is that we just go into deep caves or forests and there we only deal with the TASBIH'S and SAJOOUD but no dealing with the world. Total boycott with families and worldliness. And there is no contact that what is doing someone with our religion we have no concern but Imam Hussain a.s stood against the TAGHOOUT and announced that No one has power to make changes in the religion. And that is the difference between the concept of SHABBERI and KHANQAHI.

In KHANQAHI one has only dealing with the God but in RASM-E-SHABBERI that covers a huge topic that not only concerns with the Allah but also his creatures, his rules and regulations, his sheriat and his religion and also to protect all these said objects. We can also say that KHANQAHI is just alive due to RASM-E-SHABBERI. But it needs a lot of effort, One cannot reach upto this (SHABBERI)  level till he has knowledge of all the above said objects.

Hawas Ne Kar Dea Tukrray Tukrray Noy-Insan Ko
Akhouat Ka Biyai'n Ho Ja, Mohabbat Ki Zuba'n Ho Ja

Here Iqbal is giving a broad minded concept, in simple words we can see that he is indicating again the same message as we got from the moral "Greed Is Curse".

Upon creation of Adam (Mankind) Allah auspices his self, that what a creation he has made who'll Pray for him. But instead of following his said criteria, this creation started instigation in the world. Being a Human being there are lot of responsibilities in this world but we are just going to collect more and more balance and money in this temporary life which has divided the humanity into pieces and classes. however Allah has created all the people on the equality bases but preferable is the most pious one.

However we have to help each other, our way of conversation should be ideal, polite and gentle.
As Imam Hussain a.s said that:

And I think, this is the best definition of Humanity. Also we can get the same message from the given line which will elaborate the above context in the excellent manners.

Kabhi ay haqeeqat-e-Muntazir Nazar Aa Libas-e-Majaz Mai
K Hazaro Sajde Tarrap Rhe Hen, Meri Jabeen-e-Bay Niaz Mai
(Allam M. Iqbal)

Iqbal wants to see the FACT (Almighty Allah) in the mode where everyone can see him, want to bow his fore-head in front of reality, wants to praise the reality, wants to attain the willingness of Allah by making an image in his mind because it is the nature of human being that they always pray that thing which he can see it with the help of naked eye.

As it is not as much easy to to see the creator of this world although the Mighty is present every where, in each drop of sea and in each grain of earth, in each leaf of the tree and in each drop of dew. Allah is present at every place but we need spiritual eyes to see the God.

Islam Ke Daman Men Bs Is Ke Siva Kya HaiEk Zarb-E-Yadulla-Hi Ek Sajda-E-Shabbiri(Allama Muhammad Iqbal)

This is one of the best master piece from the Iqbal. As he was a great "Wali" from of the Almighty so he really knows the value of Islam and also the values of those personalities who had given there each and everything including there families in the path of Allah.
Here he is trying to elaborate the meanings of Islam in just two letters

1. Daman: parameters.

2. Yadulla-Hi: A word for the praise of Hazrat Imam Ali a.s

3. Shabbiri: A word in the praise of Hazrat Imam Hussain a.s

Hazrat Ali a.s fought against the enemies of Islam every time by the order of Allah and by the order of beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad S.A.W.W, and that's why Holy Prophet said that "Zarb-e-Ali Yaum-ul-Khandak Afzalul min Ibadat-us-Saqalain.
Ali ki aik zarb (khandank k din) Hazar raato'n ki Ibadat se Afzal hy.

Similarly he has given direction to the Sajda of Hazrat Imam Hussain A.S When his all the companions, sons, brothers and family members got martyred on the day of Ashura but at the time of Namaz he bowed his head in front of Allah and praised his blessings.

So, according to Iqbal if we neglect these both things from the Islam then the purity of Islam will be vanished because they both got the Raza of Allah by devoting each and everything in the path of Allah.

ALLAMA IQBAL.

Hi everyone,

Going to start a program in which we will describe the poetry of different Poets, which will base on reality, which depicts some great values, which gives a message for the generation so that we can consume our time in well manners. We get a positive message as well as we can convey our message to other ones.

It might happen that there may be some conflicts in the views of reader and writer (by us) but as poetry is a vast subject so we can say that please refer or contact on the mail address, if you found any contradiction regarding the description, however we'll try that this situation does not occur.

First of all we are including the poetry of Allam Iqbal (POET OF EAST), who left great messages for whole Ummah of Muslims to get benefit from his words, as his poetry is not as much easy to understand but we'll try to put some lines. This will also a tribute to that high personality who has as much high level of thinking that we can't understand. Then what was his status, we can't imagine it. Simply we can say that he was a great personality and tried his best for his Ummah and young generation to awake them from the wickedness of enemies of our religion and also he has told us that what Allah Almighty and his Prophets conveyed  the message and how we have to act upon there guidelines.
